We are seeking an Administrative Office Assistant (NOT A REMOTE JOB) to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Must have a clean track record, most importantly show up to work every day and be extremely reliable.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Marketing Director
Preparation of invoices
Processing of payments
Greet and assist onsite guests
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Data entry
Preparation of invoices
Preparation of shipments
Arrangement and photography of samples
Coordinating with the warehouse for the release of inventory
Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge and some experience with an invoicing software like QuickBooks is required.
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
Must be fluent in English.
Should be comfortable using Google applications.
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must be fluent in English
